And what did you get when you clicked Help in URL Manager in previous versions? Nothing, not even an error message. Maxim says, "proper Help context _assigned_" and that is topic 11030. But you need a new Help file and you will not get that until they release a new *.msi installation file. Meanwhile, if you click on Help you will get the error message saying "Missing context help topic 11030", which is true. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
