The inline image is gone over here. It does work as described by Hendrik. As soon as I turn it to HTML or HTML/Plain Text, the picture appears. I have left it out because of the size of the picture (of a public library?) I suppose this hasn't changed from 26.5 (gone back to 26.4). The blue line is problematic though. Not because of how it looks (that has been discussed before), but because it can be rather annoying when trying to add a line (of reply) in between quoted text. I did not succeed...
