Can you describe the view mode you have > selected for the folder that behaves like that? Thank you for coming back on this tormenting issue. Here's a summary of the problem. I have set the View --> Global view mode to "No view". I assume that by definition I only need to do this once since it deals with all folders at the same time. Secondly, I have set individual folder view modes using the menu: Folder --> Folder view mode. Under this setting, one of the modes I have is to list the received email by Reference and by date created. I have the ascending order unticked in the relative dialog. Note that I would like to see received email threaded, but by order of creation, with the latest created emails at the top of the listing. The problem is that after I reboot the PC, or when new email arrives, the sort order in the folder view changes. I reset it by clicking on the "Created" column, but the problem is repeated after the next PC restart. -- Best regards, Costas ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 4.0.39.37 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
