Thanks for the sample. I have checked my opml file with yours and see
quite some differences.
[01] First of all, when I export my RSS to opml using Feedreder (see
posting from Gunivortus
<mid:1156743.20090115112...@boudicca.de>) I don't get the
structure as I see in your file. Did you do this all by hand? I
can't imagine.
[02] Further I see differences like this:
<body>
<parent title="Mine" text="Mine">
<outline title="BetaNews.Com" text="Beta...
In my file no '<parent ...' is used instead 'outline'
Is this ok?
[03] Also, all your '<outline ...' has no closing with '</outline>'
Is this no problem?
[04] At the beginning of each file it starts like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
but in your file it starts like this:
<opml version="1.0">
Why do I have this question mark? Is this disturbing, can I
leave it?

I had a first download but I couldn't see any folder structure as
shown in http://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/tips_detail.php?ID=2294
Pls have a look at this attachment. The folder where kind of created
but I couldn't see them in TB!. The folder name start with ';5C'.
That's strange.
