Start program after system halt does not work:
Options|Properties...|General =>
[x] Run The Bat! when Windows starts
[x] only when Windows has not been shut down properly

I just had this case (TB! 4.1.11.8) a few minutes ago: Bug confirmed.
Either fix this bug or remove that feature. :-)
