That's  the  easy part. The address I'm using for the TB-related lists
is  an alias in my main account and by default the from address is set
via the folder identity.

So I moved your message to a common folder.

TB  picks  the  right  account,  but  not the address that was used to
receive  the  message.  It picked the main address of my main account.
Actually   I   wouldn't  know  how  TB  should pick the address that's
subscribed to this list.

I  picked a message from another account, moved it to the experimental
common  folder  and  replied to that. It picked the proper address and
account  that were used to receive the message, so apparently TB picks
the proper account and uses the main address for that account.
