Control panel sudah ok semua tidak masalah, tetep ga bisa.
Saat ini solusi nya cuma buka file tersebut dari explorer lalu di save
as ke file baru, baru betul

Bisa jadi.
Periksa saja file type extension (start | Settings | Control Panels |
Folder Options | File Type) .DOC map ke aplikasi apa.
