Our friends at Yahoo groups have now started to put their advertising
at the top of messages; apparently the advertizers want to be in the
picture and advertising at the bottom is of course more easily
overlooked.
I've updated my (already adapted) version of the quote fixer to cope
with this new behaviour, while maintaining the code to clean out the
ads if they happen to be at the bottom.
