In general the same use as 'MD-5 CRAM-HMAC Challenge/Response (RFC-2095)'.
A different type of how authenticate information are transferred to
/ exchanged with the POP3-server.

Or did you expect to be 'MD-5 CRAM-HMAC' servers and services to be out
there as you expect 'MSN(NTLM)' being connected to _the service_ MSN???
No? So why expecting 'MSN' as authentication _method_ being connected to
'mail.msn.com' (or similar).
