I am trying to get my mail ticker to not interfere with any open windows but it's proving impossible. I did manage though to come up with an idea that might get it to play nice. With Auto-Zoom enabled I cannot pull it down pass my task bar but with Auto-Zoom off I can... One problem, My task bar wants to stay on top but the ticker has a chance fighting with it. What I mean is if the ticker has focus while directly over the task bar it's superior and will remain on top, but if the ticker loses focus and I click anywhere on my screen the ticker disappears behind a locked task bar. Is there a tweak for windows that says sure you can remain on top of all other windows except this one... I am just really trying to use the ticker but its not that friendly with my windows...
