All the files contained in msi "installer", might be firstly extracted
by that msi (anywhere), and then the entire TB folder could be simply
compressed, and you get the same thing (but without complications). When
you need to "install" TB somewhere, you just decompress it and that's
it. You do not need any msi.

Ini files and registry entries are created after the first run of
thebat.exe file, not during "installation".
