Well, I'm no expert on TB!'s internals nor have I had time to really play
with it, but if I had to venture a guess I would say that "RFC822 headers"
would be those headers explicitly defined in RFC822 whereas "kludges" are
those which aren't, including the varity of un/common "X-" headers.
