Okay. My bad.
I had a folder-specific template for new messages to tbudl and an
address-book template for new messages and replies. Since I forgot to
put a folder template for replies, the reply-to-all used the standard
one. All-in-all, why is there no "use specific template" checkbox for
folder templates as there is for address book templates?
