there's a little tool called 'mbrepair'...
it can be found the the ritlabs-ftp-server...
ftp://ftp.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/beta/mbrepair.zip
usage: mbrepair <broken_message_base.msb> <fixed_unix_box>
after that, you'll have to import that as a unix-message-base...
(i never had to use it before, so i hope for you that this works...)
