You can import the old message bases one folder at a time using
Tools->Import->msb files.
If that's too tedious (I should think so) you can always delete the
registry key posted by Nico Schirwing.

Delete this key and next time you start up TB, it will try to
convert all your message bases.

Not that it really matters, but since you're using the sig delimiter,
I assume that you would like it to function correctly. To function
correctly, the sig delimiter should be,
<dash><dash><space><enter>
