Since this post, it seems that the "outbox" folder was locked or something
else, or the database was corrupted. Difficult to say.
We have tester rights on folder and files, nothing too.

Even if we stop/re-start TB, we cannot move any message, even manually into
this folder. So we stop TB, delete the 2 base files located in the
account/outbox folder and it goes well.
We just lost all sent messages...
