Hi folks - Yesterday I had a crash during a backup of The Bat (5.0.8) -- some sort of memory violation -- and since then I have been unable to send mail, although I can download mail OK.
So I updated by installing 5.0.12 on top of 5.0.8 and the problem continued. Then I uninstalled 5.0.12 and reinstalled it from scratch, and I still cannot send mail from any account. When I try to send mail, I receive the following pop-up error box: ** Message has not been sent. Server reply 5.7.1 ** <t...@markabout.com>: Relay access denied. As you can tell from the email you are currently reading, I don't have any problem sending from this account using webmail. Any ideas on how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.
