In normal cases, TB deletes its temporary files just like any
well-behaving Windows citizen... Maybe they are the remains of many
abnormal terminations.

If you don't like to worry about files cluttering your windows/temp
directory, you may want to put this somewhere in your startup
sequence (autoexec.bat if you use Win9x):

@DelTree /Y C:\Windows\Temp
@MD C:\Windows\Temp
