Your

each

ADDRESS

I use a more primitive system that requires me to use the address book
when creating an email. I have no problem when changing items. It
works this way:

Have groups in the main address book and put in all the addresses
into their basic/main group.

Create groups for particular purposes like zGiggles, zHealth,
zTravelShare.

Then for each individual use the groups button in the address book to
add them into their respective special-purpose groups.

Then for each new email, use the address book to use any of the
special-purpose groups.

Apart from all this, for those individual addresses in the main groups
that I want to have as Favorites, tick the Favorites box. They then
appear on the right-click in the To: header.
