Thanks for checking!
I am using "reply to all using selected text".
Though I just found out it works in text view when there is *only* text view.
If there are both html and text available, it doesn't work in text view.
Instead it opens the reply in HTML, but the whole message and not just the
selected text.
In the toolbar on the bottom I can then choose to use plain text, and it will
show the selected text,
but that's yet another click.

By the way, is there a short cut for "reply using selected text", since I can't
currently create a button for that?
What used to be quick and simple (select text, click custom button) has turned
into select text, right click, go to message, click "reply using...", then
choose plain text in bottom toolbar.
