No, TB! will not change the signature in this instance. It will
only change the headers to reflect that of the new account.

It's a tit for tat type situation. :-) The free caret interface
and it's power, for not having the cursor placed the way you wish.
Ideally, like other editors that support a free caret, this should be
optional, but it's not so with TB!'s editor at this time.
