I have a problem sending a new message. This problem showed up in Beta
12 and is still a problem in 1.45final. When I compose a message I am
only able to send by Saving As Draft then manually releasing from
Outbox. Message/Send (or F2) or the toolbar icon does not work. Is
anyone else having this problem?
