Hi ztrader,

On 01 September 2000 at 05:38:08 GMT -0700 (which was 13:38 where I
live) ztrader wrote and made these points on the subject
of "External processing of TB files?":

MR>> How can i reimport the modified message automaticly ?

Refer to the TB Help Index and search for /IMPORT. This is a command
line switch which allows you to automate message import.

z> BTW, what is "Selective Download" intended to do in the filter
z> list?

It used to be called "Kill Filter". It allows you to filter messages
before they are downloaded by only reading the headers to make the
decision about whether or not the message is required. The downside of
using Selective Download filters is that message download becomes a
two pass affair for all messages. Pass 1 downloads all headers and
checks against the Selective Download filters. Pass 2 downloads the
messages which have survived the selection tests.
