Krister, since you're writing from Sweden I bet you're using a Swedish
keyboard. When Marck says press CTRL and +, he means + where it is
located on the American keyboard. I'm sure Swedish keyboard is
different in this respect from American.
I'm using a Slovak keyboard and need to use the combination CTRL and _
for this feature to work. It wouldn't help me any to press CTRL and +
on the Slovak keyboard since + on our keyboard is located on the same
key as the numeric 1.
