Did you check with Jasmine why they don't allow it? And since you
"usually" use Jasmine, can't you use their SMTP server?
Having said that, can't you install an SMTP server on your hard drive
using Hamster or VPOP and send directly to POP?

Unlike Ineternet Thailand, I think KSC is not very security conscious.
Maybe you can use their server, even though logged in via Jasmine....
