Sure, just enable the attachments column in your message list and
click on it. Either that or View->Sort by -> Attachment Presence

Check under the Advanced tab of your filter. If you want all messages
with attachments, use a generic string for your filter rule. A blank
string might work, if it doesn't, then use 'e' in any of the kludges.
