Piece of cake ... TB! does all the formatting on it's own when you
send it.  So, right click on your PGP tray, go to Options, then hit
the email tab. Then De-select "word wrap clear signed messages" so
that it is not turned on.  This will solve your problem.  If you set
up the Bat! at x number of characters per line, then have PGP set up
at a different word wrap at X lines, this is the problem.  You don't
need to set it in PGP, as TB! takes care of it all.
