There is another filter that is moving the messages.
You need to check a number of things:
- Do you have other replied filters defined in the replied filters
group. If so, another filter may be acting on the messages if you have
enabled 'continue processing with other filters' in your filter rules.
- Whenever you wish to re-filter messages and select the re-filter
messages option, ensure that only the filter group that you wish to
apply is checked. For instance, whenever I wish to apply read message
filters manually, I have to untick the inbox filter set.
