          Jan:  not  at  all. After moving msgs from one
folder to
          another,  creating  new folders & all that, I
figured it
          had something to do with the AB entry.

          I  didn't  have  special  templates in the AB or
for the
          specific  addresses  associated  with the folder
but the
          address  entries seemed to be the common
denominator. So
          I  deleted the two addresses which were filtered
for the
          folder in question.

          Then  I re-entered them via the msgs & the
Specials menu
          "add  to  address book" & re-tested. That
apparently was
          the fix. What happened to those two address book
entries
          is beyond me but the problem is gone. Very
strange but I
          hope my explanation makes sense.

          Thanks to everyone who pitched in on the problem.
