Dean,
I have the same problem, but the other way round. I can receive but not
send all my post. The problem is with my ISP server, not with any e-mail
program. This happens with OE5.5, The Bat 1.46d, Becky 2, so I contacted my
ISP and they agreed it happened because their server was periodically down
because of upgrading.
Have you considered this possibility?
