2 different purposes and 2 different macros/filters:
1. To remove people from the mailing list if the message is bounced.
2. To send an email with an attachment when people fill in a form. So I
have the format:
^ Email: <email address to send the email and the attachment>$
^: Beginning of line
$: End of line
