As others have pointed out, you should use simply
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Here's a little of "why". Quotation marks
in TB's filter language bear special meaning--they indicate the
quoted part is case-sensitive (otherwise filtering strings are
case-insensitive). As a result, when you specify

"Firstname Lastname" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

as the filtering string, TB would look for

Firstname Lastname <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

but not

firstname lastname <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

or

FIRSTNAME LASTNAME <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

let alone

"Firstname Lastname" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Please check the help file for more information (including how to
search quatation marks in filters).
