It is likely that you have removed or damaged your reply template. If
the generated message is completely blank then you have emptied the
template. If there is content but no quoted text then perhaps you have
modified it and removed the %QUOTES macro which pulls in the original
text as a quotation.
This may be caused by changes to one of:
1) the default templates (Account -- Properties -- Templates)
2) the folder templates for the folder that has the focus at the time
you attempt the reply
3) the address book entry for the individual you are replying to.
