        On 23 December, 2000, 4:39 PM, I saw Thomas's comments made on
 Sun, 24 Dec 2000 04:18:16 +0800, and thought I'd add my $0.02 worth:

[....]

TF> However, sometimes I hit alt-F2, the dial-up monitor pops up, and I
TF> change my mind. I hit Abort. When I then try to use the Wondows DUN
TF> Connection facility, I get an error message. It is in Chinese, so I
TF> cannot read it, but the only thing I can think of is "Port Occupied"
TF> or something along those lines.

TF> I have to close down TB and restart it, and then I don't get the error
TF> message.

TF> Can anybody confirm?

Yes, I can and for a long time. This is why I avoid interrupting TB!'s
dial-up process.
