I noticed that there is a slight typo in Greeting 9, replace both
instances of [1-3] with [1-2].
Also, make sure that each of the greeting quick templates has
everything on one line. Does that make a difference?
I tried copying and pasting the macros into my system, and it worked
as expected for all cases. See the following:
2:03 AM: Malam Malam
Other than that, I don't know what to suggest. Copying and Pasting
does work here.
