Good points Dierk. And Thomas, if you are reading this message, here is as
good an example as any, of the security provided by PGP signing all your
postings. Another example, was the version 2.0 hoax that came through on
TBBETA. If Max would get into the habit of signing all his postings... and
most especially those concerning releases... then that hoax would have ended
immediately. ;o)

However, Recipients must also get into the habit of verifying PGP
signatures. That is highly unlikely however, so that would be a good reason
for RITLabs to develop an updated PGP Plugin that would allow for automatic
verification of signatures, and include support for PGP 7.0.3 as well.
