If you send them a Help/Feedback/Suggestion message about the Spell
Checker problem you are experiencing, I can almost guarantee that you
will receive a personal reply back from the Developers almost
immediately. At least that has been my experience when asking for a PGP
7.0.3 Plugin.
A Bug Report gets filed and the bug itself is addressed in time,
although you will probably not receive a personal message acknowledging
receipt of that Report.
Do they care about their Customers? You bet they do! :o)
