What you have to do is have Outlook export the Contacts in a way that
TB! can import them. It would be almost impossible for TB! to be able to
import directly from every known Mail Client.

Go to Outlook/Contacts... and export in either a comma separated or tab
separated file, then have TB! import them in a similar fashion. Open
TB!'s AB and go to File/Import, and take a look at what is available.
You may have to fool around a bit with the values that you are wanting
to import, such as address, phone, name, etc., etc.
