I took a look at that file. Even it doesn't look like it has been
updated recently, but I am just going by the datestamp they have on
the main page of it.

Has anyone tried to port that to other languages? The FAQ is great,
but hard to give to a client.

I won't even comment on the "horizon", but even if this program stays
at 1.49c (I know there is another beta coming), some people will
continue to use it for some time, even after V2 is out. That is human
nature. Granted over time you learn most of the program, but I still
struggle in some areas. Take the S/Mime stuff as an example. I would
never use it (prefer PGP), but some of my clients would, so I have to
learn it. I have no idea where to even start.

Minor points I know. But a new feature, should have at least minimal
documentation linked to it.

Unless I am missing something.

Regardless, I love the bat, and am happy that I finally said goodbye
to Eudora. I just keep pounding away at it until I figure something
out.

Lyle
