Since TB! did send out an error message you can expect that it might
not have finished indexing all of your folders.  I'll guess that the
folders with missing messages are the ones that had activity for the
session that had the error.  There is a simple way to force a re-index
of these folders that you can try on a single folder first.

With TB! closed use windows explorer to find \The
Bat!\MAIL\<account>\<folder> (with the proper values for <account> and
<folder>.)  There you will find two files called "messages.tbb" and
"messages.tbi" with the .tbi file being the index.  If you delete this
index and reopen TB! it will recreate the index from the message file.

If this solves your problem for that folder try the rest.  You might
want to create a backup of these files first with the knowledge that a
backup is a waste of time until you need to restore, then it is an
absolute necessity.
