Basically I concur. But - there'll always be a "but" - TB!'s plug-in
does not show the correct version until you Hexedit the corresponding
DLL.

That is, to show the version I use (a non-i-international as you can
see below), I had to hack the DLL; a method not only recommended on
this list but also by Ritlabs itself.

It would really be nice to have a plug-in that "just" invokes PGP, so
that all features can be used (i.e. adding to comment block), leaving
comment blocks etc. to PGP.

AFAIR plug-ins for other clients are provided by NAI, not by the
programmers of OE, Eudora etc. And that makes sense, obviously.
