It should be like that. "Reply" is a specific keypress. Reply to
sender is yet another. Reply quoting marked text is a third. The
fourth "Reply to send quoting marked text" keypress is not
implemented.
I did come up with a key stream that would simulate the function:
<Mark your text>, <F4>, <Ctrl+A>, <Ctrl+C>, <Esc>, <Ctrl-F4>,
<Ctrl+A>, <Ctrl-V>.
