Rather a security matter. I think they implemented their proxy with/as
firewall. So downloading and uploading (either of mail or files) is
IMO restricted by her IP address. A company I worked for last year had
this (discriminating by IP's starting with 192 and 212, restricted,
not restricted respectively).
