      38% of resources available w TB! closed
      32% of resources available w TB! re-opened

      Re-started (re-booted) system:

        75% of resources avaialble
        65% after TB! loaded
        65% after TB! closed
        60% after re-loading TB!
        67% after closing TB!
        60% after re-loading TB!

  What does this mean?
