You cannot do anything about it, because you read in digest mode. This
breaks the threads automatically. :-(
Only when you receive the messages as individual mails, will the
thread be automatically preserved when you reply. Since you have a lot
of questions, it would be good to switch to individual mails anyway,
and see the replies faster, wouldn't it?
