Of course, that's a way to achieve it but it's inconvenient in some
way.
I used this often to send a message again to the same recipient when I
got no answer after a certain amount ot time. So, I right-clicked "Send
again" and inserted "Reminder:" before the old subject.
Doing it the way you suggest would require some extra work :-( and I'm
lazy...
