Jan, just out of curiosity, what do you mean "cannot install it."? The RAR
Archive will only contain the executable file... which is copied directly
to your existing TB! Folder, and allowed to overwrite the EXE file that is
already there.
Later on in your message though, you state that WinZip claims it's an
incomplete file. Have you tried downloading it again, but this time use
WinRAR to extract the file? Shouldn't make a difference though, as long as
your copy of WinZip can handle RAR extensions.
