Yes; %CC="name <address>" but this is not quite what you want. You
want the orginal CC recipients to be CC recipeints on a forwarded
message.
The orginal CC recipeints can be found with the macro %OCCList. Macros
can be used within macros, therefore the solution to yor problem
should be:
%CC="%OCCList"
