Rob, I too am on a number of Mailing Lists that either do not have a
ReplyTo header, or the original Author's name is in the header. What I am
forced to do is create a Folder Level reply template. As an example:

On %ODATE, at %OTIMELONG, %OFROMNAME wrote:
%TO=""%TO="GnuPG Users <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
%WRAPPED="%QUOTES"
%CURSOR

However, I use an AB Template for New Messages.
