As always with TB! it's a bit apocryphal: Folder Properties/On exit
Compress Folder.
Downside is, you have to set it for each folder individually (easy
when you think of it at the beginning, when you create a folder; a
drag if have to do it when there are already a lot of folders).
BTW, here is your hotkey: <Alt>+<F>, <A> (Opens menu Folder/compress
all folders).
